Located in Garfield County, we proudly have a permanent home in Burwell, Nebraska, allowing us to provide physical therapy and rehabilitation services to the residents of Burwell, Taylor, Ord, Sargent, and more. Regularly scheduled visits are also made to Burwell Public Schools and Burwell Community Memorial Health Center. We can also provide in-home physical therapy care upon request.
